We just finished a complete remodel in Hideaway Beach private community on Marco Island with Living Styles by FHD Interiors, and couldn't be happier! This was our first major remodel, so we needed a little extra guidance - especially when it came to design, choosing furniture, fixtures, etc. Marion was the perfect one for us. she took care of everything - explained our choices, showed us product samples, pulled all the permits, and advised us on selections. We were so impressed with her responsiveness. She didn't let anything lag, as the timeline for construction was limited due to the construction period that the condo association administered. We plan to sell/flip the unit and move on to our next adventure with Living Styles! Thank you, Living Styles and Marion, for EVERYTHING!!!

Having toured at least 100 homes for design ideas, I noticed that only 4 homes I LOVED! Come to find out they were all designed and decorated by the same company, Marion at LivingStyles By FHD Interiors. I knew immediately I would be happy with EVERYTHING they proposed. She has helped us modernize our 30 year old home with ease. She is an expert in this industry. Her construction company is top notch and current with ideas and trends. We had made many mistakes before her arrival. We are on a fast track and our home is GORGEOUS! Marion knows her colors and is confident and most importantly, decisive! It was less painful than we ever imagined.

Marion and her entire staff are a joy to work with. We purchased our home in Marco three years ago. FHD Interiors of Marco Island is a FULL service decorating business. They have a beautiful store front and wonderful personnel in store to help you with any small or large project you may have. While living on Marco we had a emergency project and Marion and her crew were on site immediately and took care of the situation beautifully. Fast forward to the purchase of our home this past August (2017), three weeks before Hurricane Irma hit. Days after our purchase Marion was on site looking to see how we could update and transform our home. Marion made recommendations for my husband and I to consider on how to freshen our place up our home and yet spend minimal dollars. She also made recommendations on the design and build out out of how to make our kitchen/living area flow better. We gave FHD the go ahead after receiving our proposal. Marion and her team came in immediately and removed every piece of furniture, rug and painting. Our home was cleaned and loved on from the plantation shutter, walls and floors. FHD also had our exterior power washed after Irma. Marion then began the move in of our furnishings back into the house. Her team moved furniture, rugs and pictures around into different rooms. We did replace a sofa, a couple of our bed headboards, a dining room table and all of our bedding. Marion also created a bar area in our kitchen and painted our cabinets. We cannot tell you the facelift she gave our beautiful home. Our home was loved on so much by Marion, her husband Tom and the entire FHD Interiors team. When Marion sees the need she is there within hours addressing the problem and not leaving until it is finished. Marion works all hours of the day and night to see projects to fruition. You can give her a budget and she will do her best to stay within it. She will give you options if the dollars are shrinking. Love, love, love FHD and all of their services. We were away during the project and hurricane Irma. Marion gives you peace by calling you with things she sees that need addressing and her joy of working for you and with you is amazing!

She was tenacious in getting things done right and always kept our vision in the forefront of design and execution. Her follow up with issues that may arise is immediate. I'm working on my second remodel with Marion and her crew and it's been great. She's just not a designer, she does it all. It gives us a peace of mind knowing she is overseeing the job with great detail. Everyone she uses on the job is courteous and easy to work with.

Marian is a wonderful trustworthy designer who formerly helped us in a remodeling situation where the whole job was done while we were gone. In the past year she has been a life saver in many situation when planning and moving to a new home was interrupted by my illness. Her staff and workman are the very best.

Our Marco Island home needed major updating. We were new to the area and had no one to ask for a recommendation. While house hunting, we saw a beautifully decorated home and found out that Marion from Living Styles had done the decorating and renovation so we met with her. We were impressed with Marion's ideas and energy. In addition to being a professional interior designer, she's also a GC so we knew we'd be in good hands. We also needed someone we could trust as we were living up North at the time so we wouldn't be on hand to check on the work. Marion did not disappoint. Every job has it's challenges but we didn't hear about any of that as Marion and her team handled everything. We just received photo and verbal updates until we flew down for the big reveal (we felt like we were on a segment of HGTV). We were beyond pleased with the final results and would recommend Marion and her firm without reservation.

Marion Smith and LivingStyles by fhd are in a league of their own. She is the most talented, honest, trustworthy person,and business to deal with. Marion has decorated and overseen construction for me on numerous projects. She is not happy, satisfied or finished until her client is. She listens and understands what you want, and knows what you'll need before you do. She is a true artist who does the most AMAZING work. I have had numerous homes and used other designers. No one comes close to Marion with her impeccable taste, attention to detail and just doing the right thing. I HIGHLY recommend her.
